But....
They are pumpkin, and I couldn't resist. And surprisingly, only took 25 minutes to put together, including clean up. So while they baked, I did what I was supposed to be doing before, with the promise of a pumpkin muffin as a reward. :)
If you can make it, bake it or take it, this is where you blog it.
They look wonderful. If I let you live with me for a few months, will you bake a year's supply of muffins, cakes, torts, pies, and anything else you want? I'll even write your thank-you notes for you...
ReplyDeleteWait - are those pumpkin or lemon? They look more yellow than orange, but maybe it's just a trick to keep people who don't like lemon from eating your delicious pumpkin muffins. Or are they really pumpkin saffron muffins?
ReplyDeleteIncidentally, I probably have never baked something or made up a batch of beans in order to avoid an imminent and overdue task.
Umm, they do look good, and I'm sure one would go well with my coffee right now. Will have to settle for something else. By the way, have you ever tried making scones?
ReplyDeleteOh dear. Janell, watch out because Mom has a very high standard for her scones. She only buys from her scones from the best bakery in town.
ReplyDeleteJust from my local Walmart...when they decide to have them available to sell:) See, I'm not picky!
ReplyDeleteUmmm....did you forget that your dear friend Casi has an obsession with pumpkin?? Why did I not get one (or five) of these?
